I really enjoyed this book a lot. I love that we get to see the Fae world a little differently but at the same time you still get to see all the wonderful parts that I have come to love when reading any Fae book. You will get to see Fae, pirates, pixies and so many more characters in this book. You will not be confused or bored while reading it as well. Always something else going on or Ryanne trying new ways to get the information that she needs. I thought the plot was different but with the same Fae vibes that almost everyone loves. The writing style was great, and it flowed well. I loved the details that helped to bring the Fae and bradais to life for me and I loved learning about the difference between those two. I enjoyed having the dual POV from Ryanne and Titus.
It’s been awhile sense I felt like I was thrown into the deep end of an amazing adventure. What a delight! I couldn’t put the book down whenever I got the opportunity. The author certainly knows how to capture her audience, and I can’t wait for the second installment!
If you’re a believer in everyday magic—whether it’s fairies, dragons, or even a grumpy house—you’ll find this book absolutely captivating. If that’s not your usual fare, give it a try anyway; you might just discover a newfound belief in the extraordinary.
TOUCH OF FAETE is a riveting, action-filled adventure, chock full of suspense, romance, and a delightful playfulness that is sure to keep you reading all night. de Wit has crafted a world that is intriguing, atmospheric, and filled with a wry sense of humor that will keep you laughing while simultaneously teetering on the edge of your seat.
Touch of Faete is dynamic romance with plenty of magic. I found this novel charming and well-written. Ligia de Wit's talent for description engaged my imagination, and her dialogue sparkles and dances. Give Touch of Faete a read, you won't regret it.
